Warranty
At Royal Finesse, we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a one-year warranty from the date of delivery, ensuring that our furniture is free from manufacturer defects and is fit for its intended use. The term “defects,” as used in this warranty, refers to imperfections in material or workmanship that impair the functionality of the product.
This warranty covers defects in material or workmanship that affect the usability of the product. However, it does not cover minor imperfections such as small cracks or end grain checking, which are natural occurrences and do not affect the structural integrity or strength of the product.
Once delivery has been accepted, the customer is responsible for cleaning and caring for the furniture. We do not accept responsibility for:
- Dirt
- Bird/Animal poo
- Stains
- Grease mark
- Any mould or mildew growth that occurs post-delivery of your furniture
- Oil stains on furniture or cushions
- Oil transfer to other surfaces (e.g., patio flooring, clothing, or other furniture)
- Damage caused by neglect or improper care will void the warranty.
Should you find a defect in material or workmanship in any part or component, we will repair or replace the furniture, subject to terms and conditions. No monetary offers will be accepted as an equivalent to repairs and/or replacements. If a replacement is necessary, we will replace the faulty item with the exact item only.
Under this warranty, we are unable to exchange goods that have been:
- Treated
- Painted
- Modified or dismantled in any way
- Bespoke items, including free gift items
We would attempt to repair any damage covered by the warranty. Each piece of furniture supplied is warranted as an individual entity; should any piece of a set of furniture become faulty, we will repair or replace the said piece of furniture. The customer does not qualify for the set of furniture as a whole to be exchanged under our warranty.
Please be advised that our product guarantee does not cover items shipped overseas.

We will aim to acknowledge your email within two working days and will work to resolve your issue as promptly and effectively as possible.
